CBMA Allocations
Dear Customers,
With import costs continuing to rise, the Craft Beverage Modernization Act (CBMA) remains one of the most effective tools available to offset and recover duties — but only if your allocations are in order.
Connect with our team at cbma@elysiaships.com for more information on getting started. If you already imported orders with us this year, it’s not too late. Your supplier can still assign rebates to us for remaining shipments. We are also able to go back and update previous entries to allow older shipments to receive rebates as well.
Note that any entries prior to Feb. 28th cannot be amended due to IEEPA tariff rebates.
In a similar vein, there is ongoing litigation regarding the current Section 201 tariffs in place. If these are also found illegal and a rebate process put in place similar to the IEEPA tariffs, entries from March 1st on will also be locked up and CBMA will no longer be available.
