Curious about gaining more delivery margin from restaurant & retail orders?

The Good Life Consulting helps wine & spirits importers analyze the profitability of each delivery using data science and AI.  In a recent study, one importer realized that 44% of their customer base was unprofitable.  These customers purchased 41% less wine and were invoiced 14% less often.  Equally important, they found that unprofitable customers bought much more lower-margin wines vs. profitable customers.

Operations Update

Thanksgiving is around the Corner

We have exactly SIX WEEKS to Thanksgiving!  If you have deadlines, holiday plans or logistical nuances we should know about, now's the time to let us plan with you.

Temporary Reefer Container Shortages

We have been informed of reefer shortages in France, which will impact the availability of reefer containers. We are doing our best to mitigate the impact of these shortages. Should a reefer container not be available for a booking, customers will be contacted, and asked if insulated service is acceptable. If not, the booking will be delayed until a reefer container is available. Delays could be 1-2 weeks.
